Sonny Nunley's 1st Birthday
So this is the result after a torrential downpour of rain. One of Mike's subdivisions sits right above this Stake Center & after the rains came down, the mud came down and flooded the Stake Center. The city is blaming Lennar & Lennar is blaming the city- Lennar built to the city's specifications, & did everything that was required of them to do to protect this from happening, however it was like a 100 year storm that just came down. Nothing would've saved it from happening! But Mike had a lot of headache from this!
