Many new regulations, quarantines, earthquake warnings etc.
During the last week of March Mike took my wheels into get dipped to turned Satin Black,
& they turned out SWEET!!!
SOOOO GRATEFUL for Our Prophet!!! & his Leadership, especially during these trying times-
And AGAIN, we were directed to Fast again for relief from this pandemic, this time, it just happened to fall on GOOD Friday in April & I was Blessed to be apart of.
This was a "SWEET" Surprise & treat from my dear friend, Kim Campbell to our family- They also wer the friends that own a Pharmacy & makes Hand Sanitizer, & she knew we didn't have any, so she dropped off a sack of a number of bottles for my family. It was a very Kind & thoughtful gift.
Mike out on the job sites with one of his guys, they have to be very careful & follow all regulations-
Me working on some things I can from home, while Bailey & Madi found things to do around the house. Both of them out of a job, they found things to sew, craft & read, etc.
Madi & Morgan's car posts
Tanner found some time to work on his motorcycle- cleaned it up & put new decal stickers on it.
After losing their jobs at the end of March, they were paid through April- Madi began looking for another job in mid-April and found Mountain America Credit Union was hiring, so she applied there & got the job at the Service Center. As for Bailey, it took a little longer- we had first asked her to try & sell her apartment contract, so she didn't have to pay for rent & not take it out of her Savings account. So she began trying to find someone to buy the contract. Madi started with MACU the last week of April & told them, she would be needing her surgery as soon as June 1st. They were really good to her & hired her knowing those circumstances. Which we are VERY GRATEFUL bc her surgery was expensive!
The West Jordan location of MACU is where Madi would do all her training for a few weeks, which I guess just so happened to be a GOOD thing bc Morgan lives in West Jordan & she would go visit him after work most days...
I felt VERY LOVED & Remembered this year- My family gave me the Tulips, Rachel brought the Yellow flowers, cookies & CuTe cards from the girls, Kim brought the floral arrangement in the white curvy container, Andrea Bishop dropped off the cute wood sign & card, & Holly Lowe brought me the large potted Orchid.
The Cards were the BEST!!!
Well, they decided that after they announced the "Soft Closure" for School, that we wouldn't end up going back after all. We would finish the remaining time at home, online for the kids. It was very difficult on Parents & Families. However, I was VERY GRATEFUL to not have to go back everyday, bc at this point we didn't know much about it- I was WORRIED for my family & our Health, with all the health concerns we have, Now especially this year- including ME, bc I had started to do some whistling, when I would breathe in, my family would make fun of me- But we've been able to get that figured out more recently, in September or so.
Well, with all the TIME we now had, and after Tanner had bought a motorcycle, Mike started looking & found a Four Wheeler in Las Vegas, so Mike & Tanner drove down one Saturday & picked it up- He only ended up driving it a couple of times before he chose to sell it & put that money towards a Honda Talon, we have YET to buy, but we will.
Bailey's INCREDIBLE TALENT brought her some opportunities to do some
commission drawings for Digi & Gary Nunley
