Mike has SuRgErY

Dad had started feeling sick this past week, maybe thinking a gall bladder attack was coming on. Sunday night after the blessing gathering for Sophia, we came home and dad ate a little something. (No, not some of the food I made...haha) He had being going to the bathroom a lot, then about 8:30 pm Dad was in so much pain, he took a shower thinking it might help. Then after getting out of the shower about 9 pm he ended up going to the InstaCare in North Orem. Waited a half hour before going into to the doctor & them saying they can't help him & needed to go to the ER. So he headed over to the AF ER & about 1 am he called & said they will be doing surgery on him, either that night or in the morning. In the morning, I got the girls off to school & headed down there, they took him in at 10 am, I waited around the hospital, he came out of recovery around 1:30. He is doing really well. In a little incision pain, but he is at home resting. We got him home about 6 pm Monday night, & he has been sleeping well. So he'll be home for the next few days, I'm hoping he won't go back to work until Friday, but YOU KNOW DAD. But he is doing really good now, just laying around the house- you know, the NORMAL. haha 

He ended up going into work around 9 am on Thursday & lasted all day, didn't come home until about 6:30 that evening! He has been taking it easy, which is really good for Mike. 

 

He'll end up going into the doctors for a check up sometime in the next few weeks. Happy he's all good-
