Soccer Luncheon

Soccer Tradition at Lone Peak High School on *GAME DAY* the mothers of the soccer players take turns and -FeeD- the boys Lunch, out in the Rotary building by the football field. My brother Matt, who is now the Ass't Coach, said they did this way back when he played for Lone Peak, years ago.

It's been a lot of fun to not only figure out what 40+ boys will eat, but also to make enough to feed those young men...who eat A LOT!

On our lunch day we come in, set up, make sure things are warm & ready to be dished up, a half an hour before these "vultures", I mean boys are to come. They swoop right in, load up their plates, maybe a trip or two more through the line, with a "thank you" here & there, and 30-35 minutes later they are out the door and back to class.

These boys are GREAT! It's been so much FUN to see them work together, play together and build one another up as they need.
