One of Bailey's roommates got a puppy & Bailey's been taking care of it here & there while her roommate was out of town. Her name's Honey. She plays hide n' seek with her - SOOO CUTE!!!

Monday, December 16th Madi went in for another CT Scan, but this time had to drink the NASTY MRI drink...but she DID keep it down this time...barely!

The first time Dr Frantz's nurses wrote this Please excuse Madi for working at work at times note, because it was dated April 10th, 2018...and asked that they not only change the date to the correct date but also add a "Serious condition", because there are times she can't make it into work but can still work from home. 

Orem Mazda found my car off of the Bountiful Mazda lot & brought it down to Orem for us. 

They take such GOOD care of us there!

We were leaving for church and Ivy jumped in the back of Mike's car...such a CUTE cat!

How else do you give $$$ for Christmas!?!?

Mike's been feeling really tired & sick lately. About a month ago we noticed he was drinking a lot, peeing a lot, his eye sight was getting worse etc. We KNOW these signs- but it was the same time Madi has been going through all her stuff- Mike also needed time to take it all in. Then while Stephanie was in town, he took his number in front of everyone- it was over 600!!! From then on Stephanie was on his case too. We ended up taking him into the Dr Monday, December 23rd, because he has the next two weeks off of work. He has been REALLY TIRED & now he's on some medicine that makes him sick but will start feeling better soon. He's been able to control his numbers a lot better by just going off of sugary drinks, so far. The Dr is keeping a close eye on him & hoping he can lose weight and get his sugars under control without taking insulin.

Christmas Eve was A LOT more low key this year. Madi, Bailey & Mike are all not feeling well. Madi for her sickness, Dad with his & Bailey she's been sick after watching the Allen girls & catching a cold from them, but her numbers go crazy before & during her colds. She also was puking, which is the first time she's had the stomach bug since being diagnosed. So we kept her here a the house so we could keep a close eye on her. Tanner & I were healthy until the day after Christmas when I started feeling sick. But hopefully Tanner stays healthy!

Christmas Morning was chill- we didn't get up until 10 am, then has breakfast then after, opened gifts

The kids got Dad the BEST gift ever for him- another BIGGER Sleeping Pill...a Minky BLANKET

I put all of Tanner's RX-7 pictures, from the last 2 1/2 years, into a BLOG book & gave it to him on Christmas - SO PROUD of him & his accomplishing his goal on his car!

 We played LRC, Madi won the first round of 1-$35, Mom the second, but then I put it back in & Bailey won the third 1- $35 & Dad won the BIG round of $5- $75...

 

Madi got Bailey a Amethyst Birthstone ring for Christmas...

We feel VERY BLESSED this year! Many amazing Tender Mercies & we saw God's hand all year long.
